Wine Shipping Rules & Returns

Shipping

We can ship non-wine items to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on wine shipments.  We can ship wine to the following states:

ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, DELAWARE, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, IOWA, KANSAS, MASSACHUSETTS, MONTANA, MISSOURI, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW MEXICO, NEW YORK, NORTH CAROLINA, RHODE ISLAND, VIRGINIA

Shipping wine requires someone to be home to sign for the package with proof of age. We can ship to business addresses as well. Packages cannot be left without a signature if they contain wine.

Returns Policy

Due to the difficult rules for shipping alcohol we can only accept returns of wine at the winery.  Our wines are all low in sulfites and must be stored cool and horizontally to remain fresh.  If you have a problem with this please phone us at 508-457-5592 or email us at capecodwine@msn.com. You may return most new, unopened non-wine items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
